Abstract

This paper reviews Cochrane Collaboration and its structure. The authors explain the concepts of systematic review and meta-analysis. Some insights are provided on how products of the Cochrane Collaboration, namely the Cochrane Library, can contribute to the practice of Evidence-Based Medicine.
