Urinary infection in children.

The authors make a review of the physiopathologic aspects of urinary tract infection, as well as the special characteristics of this pathology in the pediatric age. They focus on the extraordinary vulnerability of the child's kidney to infection, renal scarring and its consequences. They also refer to the fundamental aspects of diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of urinary tract infection in children.Downloads
